1 Introduction

SaleGun ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile productivity application for sales professionals, available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information in connection with your use of the SaleGun application and this website.

We have designed SaleGun from the ground up with privacy as a core principle. The application operates entirely on-device. We have no user accounts, no registration process, and no server infrastructure that stores personal information about our users.

2 Information We Do Not Collect

To be unambiguous, SaleGun does not collect or receive any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any other identifier
• Contact information of any individuals you add to the app
• Phone numbers, call logs, or communication records
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Any other personal or non-personal data from the app

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or any other embedded tracking libraries within the SaleGun application.

3 Data You Enter in the App

You may enter or import data into SaleGun, including contact names, phone numbers, company names, call notes, and follow-up reminders. This data:

• Is stored exclusively in local storage on your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party server
• Is never backed up to our infrastructure (it may be backed up by your device's OS — iOS iCloud or Android backup — subject to your own device settings and Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies)
• Remains entirely under your control at all times

You are the sole data controller of any personal data you process through SaleGun. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to store and contact the individuals whose data you enter into the app.

4 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

SaleGun offers a free tier (up to 100 contacts and 20 calls per day) and an optional paid subscription (SaleGun Premium) at $3.99 USD per month, which unlocks unlimited contacts and calls.

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process, receive, or store any payment information, billing details, or financial data. Their respective privacy policies govern the handling of your payment and account data:

The only information we receive from the platform stores is a cryptographic receipt token that confirms a subscription is active. This token does not contain your name, email, payment details, or any other personal information.

5 Website (salegun.com)

This landing website loads resources from third-party CDNs to deliver fonts and animations:

• Google Fonts — fonts served from Google's CDN. Google may log font requests; see Google's Privacy Policy for details
• unpkg CDN — used to deliver animation library assets. This CDN may log request metadata

We do not use cookies for analytics or tracking on this website. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we will use your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share your contact details with any third party.

6 Children's Privacy

SaleGun is intended for use by adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because the app itself collects no data at all, there is no risk of inadvertent data collection from minors through the application.

7 Your Rights

Because SaleGun does not hold any personal data about you on our servers, there is no data for us to access, rectify, export, or delete on your behalf. All your data resides on your device and is entirely within your control:

• You can delete individual contacts or your entire dataset from within the app at any time
• Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data from your device

EU / EEA (GDPR): Given that we hold no personal data about you on our servers, your GDPR rights are satisfied by design. If you have a question about data processed via a contact form inquiry, we will respond within 30 days.

California (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information through the app. We do not share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.

8 Data Security

Because no personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers, the risk of a server-side data breach affecting your personal information is zero. The security of the data stored on your device is governed by your device's operating system and any security settings you have configured, such as:

• Device passcode or PIN
• Biometric lock (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint)
• Full-device encryption (enabled by default on modern iOS and Android)

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes on the App Store and Google Play. Your continued use of SaleGun after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
